TUNNEL OF FEAR Creating Fear
Large props are first formed out of wire. They are bent and sculted to desired shape and design before covering it with various meterials ( depending on what the prject is )
Here we see a wire form fully shaped, it is now being covered and hardened, then it will be painted. for this project it was formed piece by piece, then taken in and put together. after that it was covered and painted.

All our walls are built from new wood, the design first go's from blue-prints to set up, after that we make very bassic markings on the walls to show where things will go. Here we see the first step in the Vampire room. Coffin lids are cut out and laid against a wall that will have candles and drapes - pillars will then be painted and formed.

At the front of our haunt, stood a 25 foot grim reaper, the head, shoulders and arms were built first; then lifted it up and a brace was built underneath it. due to it's size, meterial would be far to cost effective or protect in the fall weather, we used a 4 ml plastic sheeting to create it's robe

Some of our props are ones that have been purchased and re-designed. This is a bag of bones that was bought, then it was constucted and was given a reverse facial, old skin was attatched to the bones and twine was unraveled to create the hair, then it was re-painted and given a body. The construction of this one was designed tightly so that it could swing back and forth. It has been with us for nearly 4 years now and still holding up nicely.

Our Make up is done with various items, For base we use a special airbrush to coat the face. this also creates shadows and effect. Prostetics and make-up effects can create fearful looks.

This is a before and after shot, the make-up used is a prostetic appliance and base makeup. the eyes were done first, then the piece was glued onto her face and the outter edges brushed outward. the face is fully flexable and moved naturally with her own expressions.
